All State Insurance
GECG created strategies designed to improve customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and operation efficiency. All State was already generating it's own research but doing very little to compile, interpret, and act on the findings. There was also an urgent need for employee development. We interpreted the research findings, identifying and prioritizing areas of concern. We then developed a set of Action Plans to address each area. We also completed individual employee assessments, incorporating any needed employee development into the Action Plan. After implementing our suggestions, the client's Customer Guest Satisfaction Survey results increased from 59.5% to 75% in one survey cycle, and the client successfully passed their corporately-mandated requirements after having failed twice in a row. Customer complaints were also reduced by 30%. (See sample Action Plan below.)

City-Wide Cleaners
GECG created a Marketing Plan for this Green (earth-friendly) dry cleaners. The Marketing Plan, which included a Competitive and SWOT analysis, was included in the overall Business Plan which was then used to shop the project to secure bank funding and other investors.
